The Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court has accused Israeli leaders, as well as top Hamas officials, of committing war crimes. Karim Khan is seeking arrest warrants that could see senior figures from both sides facing trial in the Hague. In a statement, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the request for an arrest warrant was a “disgrace” and an attack on all of Israel.The Chief Prosecutor accused the Israeli military of using starvation as a method of warfare……and intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population of Gaza. Hamas leaders Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Diab, and Ismail Haniyeh……were also accused of war crimes over the October 7th attacks.
