WWE Superstar Danhausen recently gave an update on whether he has found someone to be his mystery partner at Backlash 2026. The free agent will be in action on the show.
Danhausen has been in a heated feud with The Miz and Kit Wilson for quite some time. He has wrestled against both of them in separate singles matches and has emerged victorious. The star is now all set to lock horns with The A-Lister and Wilson in a Tag Team Match at the upcoming premium live event. However, he needs to find a partner for himself for the bout.

WWE’s official Instagram handle recently uploaded a video featuring Danhausen. In the clip, the former AEW star announced on ESPN’s SportsCenter that he will be in action against The Miz and Kit Wilson, claiming that he would decimate the two stars.
He added that his mystery partner would be there on the show, but he didn’t know where his partner was because he hadn’t found him yet. The free agent also asked fans to watch Backlash, or they will be cursed.
“It is I again, Danhausen here from the ESPN SportsCenter with breaking news. Well, it was already announced, but I’m breaking it to you again. Danhausen shall be decimating, eviscerating, [and] annihilating The Miz and Kit Wilson at Backlash. This Saturday, May 9th, 6 pm eastern. You can watch on the ESPN app. Danhausen’s mystery partner will be there. Where’s he at? I don’t know. Gotta find him. But nevertheless watch it because if you don’t, You Are Cursed,” he said.

Danhausen offered John Cena “400 human dollars” to be his partner for WWE Backlash
Danhausen recently took to X/Twitter to send a message to several retired WWE legends, including Shawn Michaels, Triple H, The Undertaker, AJ Styles, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and John Cena.
The free agent asked these legends, including Cena, to become his Tag Team partner for Backlash in exchange for “400 human dollars.”

It remains to be seen what the Triple H-led creative team has planned for Danhausen’s mystery partner at Backlash.
