ONE Fight Night 39: Mohammad Siasarani says he’d jump at the chance to face the winner of Shadow-Nico Carrillo: “Dream come true”

Iranian knockout merchant Mohammad Siasarani isn’t picky about his next opponent. Instead, he just wants the biggest names available within the world’s largest martial arts organization.

The striking specialist delivered a strong performance in his American primetime debut inside the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on January 23.

He got his hand raised against game Brazilian warrior Pedro Dantas in their featherweight kickboxing war at ONE Fight Night 39: Rambolek vs. Dayakaev on Prime Video last week.

Mohammad Siasarani sat down with combat sports analyst Nick Atkin after securing his fifth straight win in the promotion.

He was asked about facing the winner of the upcoming Shadow Singha Mawynn versus Nico Carrillo showdown for the ONE interim featherweight Muay Thai world title at ONE Fight Night 40.

His response showed genuine excitement about testing himself against two fellow knockout machines.

“I would love it. That seems like another dream come true. It would be an honor to fight with them. Seriously, it would be an honor to fight with them, and I would love to,” the 23-year-old shared.

Whether ONE Championship books him against the winner of that showdown or continues giving him other tests to build his resume, Siasarani’s willingness to step on the global stage against anyone showcases the mentality required for world championship success.

Mohammad Siasarani says fans have yet to see the best of him

In the lead-up to his ONE Fight Night 39 matchup, Mohammad Siasarani warned fans that his best days are ahead of him.

“I’m so happy to have accomplished this, and this is just the beginning of my journey in this major promotion,” he told ONE Championship.

The Iranian star earned the coveted US$100,000 contract and a spot on the main roster after knocking out ‘Smokin’ Jo Nattawut at ONE Friday Fights 137 last month.

He more than lived up to his promise to make a statement in his American debut, dominating Dantas across three rounds to kickstart what could be another magical year inside the ONE Circle.
