Frogan breaks silence after Ethan Klein reportedly wins lawsuit against her with default judgement

Twitch streamer Morgan “Frogan” has broken her silence after reports surfaced suggesting that Ethan Klein had won the copyright infringement lawsuit against her with a default judgment, saying that “the lawsuit is not over.” For those unaware, on May 20, 2026, details about Ethan Klein and Frogan’s legal battle surfaced on X, with a court document stating that it had received a default judgment from a clerk.
YouTuber and lawyer Andrew “Legal Mindset” commented on the situation by saying that the political commentator had “officially lost her case”:
On May 22, 2026, Daniel “Keemstar’s” Drama Alert posted a one-minute-30-second video from Morgan’s recent Just Chatting livestream on X, during which she took the opportunity to discuss the recent news of her lawsuit loss against the H3 Podcast host.
She said:
“I don’t think you guys realize that the lawsuit is still going on. I don’t think you guys realize that the lawsuit is not over. But I don’t think you realize I’ve been fighting this lawsuit since, what’s it called, since August.”
“How are you fighting it? You didn’t even respond” – Asmongold comments on Frogan’s claims that “lawsuit is not over” after Ethan Klein reportedly won with a default judgment
Twitch and Kick streamer Zack “Asmongold” has shared his thoughts on Frogan’s recent claims that Ethan Klein’s lawsuit against her, which he reportedly won with a default judgment, was “not over.”
While questioning Hasan “HasanAbi’s” Twitch channel moderator about how she was fighting the legal battle, Asmongold remarked:
“Let me get this straight – she’s buying Steam gift cards so she can play Subnautica 2, while she, at the same time, has a GoFundMe running, or a GiveSendGo, or whatever the hell it is, running for a lawsuit that she didn’t even respond to, that’s now going into a default judgment. Did I get that right? And I bet those nails weren’t free either. It’s expensive. How are you fighting it? You didn’t even respond. What do you mean, you’re fighting it?”
As of this writing, Ethan Klein has not commented on the reports that he won the copyright infringement lawsuit against Frogan.
