Asmongold says “Western culture is Roman law with Greek philosophy and Christian morality”

Twitch and Kick streamer Zack “Asmongold” has expressed his belief that “Western culture is Roman law with Greek philosophy and Christian morality,” and that those who “do not want that” should “go and live in another country.”

On June 18, 2026, a 32-second video from the content creator’s recent Just Chatting Twitch stream went viral on X, in which he described the United States of America as a “Christian country,” which, according to him, is “based off of Christian law.”

He elaborated:

“This is a Christian country; it’s based off of Christian law. Western culture is Roman law with Greek philosophy and Christian morality. And all of that comes together to make a social system, and if you don’t want that, you can go and live in another country that’s not a Western country. And you’re going to get repeatedly treated like a second-class citizen, …, sexually assaulted, and basically treated like … constantly.”

The former OTK (One True King) member added:

“And if it was up to me, I’d be sending these people over there on first-class flights. That’s just me. That’s just what I think.”

Elon Musk responded to Asmongold’s opinions, writing:

Asmongold says people are “being oppressed by the bottom 2% of the society”

Another clip from Asmongold’s Just Chatting livestream has gone viral on X, in which he stated that people are “being oppressed by the bottom 2% of the society,” adding that the “bottom 2% have caused all of the manifest problems.”

The Twitch streamer said:

“The problem… you’re not… people are really not going to like this. You’re not being oppressed by the top 2% of society; you’re being oppressed by the bottom 2% of society. And the bottom 2% of society have caused… all of the manifest problems in your lives are caused by the bottom 2% in society.”

Political commentator Hasan “HasanAbi” responded to Asmongold’s opinions via an X post and wrote:

“multimillionaire business owner who sits in filth and talks into smelly microphone for a living tells the working class that it’s not the top 2% of wealth that is controlling society, but the bottom 2%.” HasanAbi posted.

Asmongold made headlines on June 3, 2026, when VTuber Nyara called him out for planning to get a hair transplant, claiming that the streamer was seeking “gender affirming care, something he calls trans people mentally ill for.”
